This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Community Gardens Greenhouse website. On some pages, you can make requests and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:

You can register with our website if you would like to receive event notifications, sales flyers, newsletters, or other marketing collateral. You may also register or inquire about workshops, or use our Perennial Partners program.
We use the information you provide about yourself when making a request or registering to receive materials to complete the request. We do not share the information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete the request.
Events and invitations which we received from our partners will be forwarded to our mail list by the Community Gardens Greenhouse. We will not share or give our partners your email address.
Perennial Partners - The Community Gardens Greenhouse sponsors a Perennial Partners program which provides a service of digging perennials in exchange for a perennial donation. In this instance, your address will need to be provided to a volunteer who will be digging up the plants. At this time we do not store address information online in database. If you emailed your address, the email is retained within an email folder. The greenhouse operations manager retains an address list for the purposes of sending out Thank You cards. The list is not stored within this web site.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Our web site is hosted by Yahoo. All information stored online is stored within this site using the tools provided by Yahoo. There are no off-site databases.
We do not provide an online application for you to change your email address. You must rejoin our mail list, or send an email to info@communitygardensgreenhouse.org telling us that your email address has changed. To stop receiving online marketing materials, you must send us an email specifying removal from our list.
Any marketing information sent out via Campaigner provides an option to “opt-out” which enables you to discontinue receiving the information through the removal of your name from our mail list.
Our site is hosted by Yahoo. Our host enables the collection of IP addresses from all visitors to our Site. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. We use IP addresses to analyze trends, track users' movement, gather broad demographic information for aggregate use in order for us to improve the site, and deliver customized, personalized content. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

The Community Gardens Greenhouse is an all volunteer organization. We do not have an office or a dedicated telephone.
