Revolving Museum
The garden was created by the founder of the Community Gardens
Greenhouse, Janice Pokorski. In 2004, Janice was working at the Revolving
Museum and expressed an interest in creating a garden. Jerry Beck, the
museum's director, obtained a $500 grant and the garden was born.
Framing the entranceway to the museum, this living artwork provides a
vibrant walkway into one of the most intriguing museums in the United

You can be sure to see the garden at its peak during the Lowell Folk Festival in July.
Planting and maintenance are provided by the Community Gardens Greenhouse staff. Flowers are grown in the Community
Gardens greenhouse; perennials have been donated by Perennial Partners.
The Revolving Museum and Community Gardens Greenhouse are partners; garden services are ongoing and varied.
